Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management : Supervise Assistant Managers and Customer Service Attendants, overseeing hiring, employee development, performance management, training, and budgeting in collaboration with the Site Manager.
- Site Maintenance : Manage site inventory and service needs, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with the Maintenance team for repairs and projects.
- Customer Relationship Management : Ensure top-notch customer service, resolve customer satisfaction issues, and promote sales of the Unlimited Wash Pass Program.
- Work Lead : Step in as a Customer Service Attendant when needed and fulfill Site Manager roles during absences.
Skills and Abilities Needed:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership experience with a knack for coaching and motivating employees.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Basic mechanical skills for preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software.

Education and Certification:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Breeze Thru Car Wash Basic & Advanced Training (completed within 1 year).
- Valid identification required.
Work Environment:
We offer a dynamic work environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions. The job requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting weights, ensuring you stay active and engaged.
