As an IIndustrial Site Security Guard, there is a high focus on desk duties, Scheduled Patrolling and customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a High profile Industrial environment

- Position: Monday to Friday 0700-1500
Responsibilities for Industrial Site Security Supervisor
- Maintain a safe and Secure environment
- Lead a team of highly trained Security Guards
- Plan, direct and ensure the smooth running of operations at the client's site
- Develop and implement procedures and policies for security operations
- Maintain protection systems for fire, theft and other disasters
- Create site schedules and track training of all staff
- Ensure the availability of emergency equipment
- Make suggestions to improve and optimize the security service
- Maintain good staff relationship.
- Daily monitoring of CCTV.
Qualifications forIndustrial Site Security Supervisor
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- First aid certification an asset
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor in a high profile site (asset)
- 1 to 3 years experience in Supervisory or leadership roles in a unionized environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and make decision
- Process orientated approach
