- Act as a connector across Product Management, business leadership, Finance, the Results Delivery Office, Technology Transformation, the broader Technology organization, AI and Data, and other enterprise stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance to strengthen the connection between product strategy, portfolio priorities, investment planning, financial decision-making, and value realization.
- Partner with the Results Delivery Office and Technology Transformation to align product and portfolio outcomes with enterprise priorities, performance mechanisms, and broader technology transformation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and facilitator to digital product leaders, bringing structured problem solving, product management expertise, and clear decision framing to complex cross-functional discussions.
- Influence across organizational boundaries without formal authority and translate recurring insights into improved Digital Product Operating Model standards, guidance, measurement, and enablement.
