Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack AI Application Engineer to join our Advanced AI Practice within the AI Application Engineering team. The role focuses on building scalable, production-grade applications across frontend, backend, API, AI, and cloud platforms. You will work on modern AI-powered solutions, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native applications from design and development through deployment and production support for next-gen Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend, backend, API, and database layers.

Backend and API Engineering: Build scalable microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations while ensuring security, reliability, and performance.

AI Application Development: Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including Generative AI features, agentic workflows, enterprise search, and intelligent automation solutions.

Cloud and DevOps: Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Azure and AWS using CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native services.

- Architecture and Solution Design : Participate in solution design, technical architecture reviews, scalability planning, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications.

Performance and Reliability: Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability of critical business applications.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute reusable frameworks, promote engineering best practices, create technical documentation, and mentor junior developers.

Must-Have Skills and Experience (Mandatory)

3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack application development.

Generative AI: Experience with Claude, GPT, and other LLMs, including RAG, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI applications.

Frontend Development: Experience building modern web applications using React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.

Backend Development: Strong expertise in Python, scalable APIs, microservices, and backend application development.

Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.

DevOps and CI/CD: Hands-on experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, deployment automation, and application lifecycle management.

Engineering Fundamentals: Strong understanding of software design patterns, API architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Good-to-Have Skills

Claude and LLM Ecosystem: Experience designing, deploying, and optimizing solutions using Claude models, prompt engineering techniques, and enterprise AI workflows.

Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems: Experience with LangGraph, workflow orchestration, tool-calling agents, and enterprise automation frameworks.

Containerization and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment patterns.

Workflow Automation: Experience with event-driven architectures, serverless computing, and business process automation.

Enterprise Integration: OpenAPI, REST services, authentication frameworks, and enterprise application integrations.

Observability and Monitoring: Application monitoring, logging, diagnostics, and performance management.

AI Platform Engineering: RAG architectures, enterprise grounding systems, and AI deployment frameworks.

Vector Databases: Familiarity with Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications: Relevant Claude, AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud and AI certifications.
