As a Senior Digital Product Owner, representing Scotia Global Asset Management and Private Banking, you will assume end-to-end ownership for various product offerings, including Salesforce CRM capabilities, by leading cross-functional teams to conceptualize, define and implement new features. Leveraging your ability to organize and motivate teams, you will work with product lines, stakeholders and software developers to translate customer journey and business directives into actionable backlog deliverables and follow through to completion.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

- Assist in the development of product vision and roadmaps for assigned areas and create and maintain a detailed, prioritized product backlog.

- Work closely with business and technology partners to evolve Salesforce CRM capabilities, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions and product enhancements.

- Establish close relationships with the business to ensure requirements are translated into the right digital technology products.

- Gather and analyze customer and user feedback and use it to continuously improve the product.

- Engage day-to-day with Scrum teams, writing and clarifying user stories, participating in sprint planning and reviews, backlog grooming and prioritization.

- Apply incremental delivery principles, drive the delivery of business value, communicate progress, elicit feedback and enable stakeholder reviews for validation throughout the process.

- Review QA test plans to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria and facilitate testing and review of early builds for adherence to functional requirements.

- Facilitate problem-solving as required, working closely with design, development and delivery teams to address implementation challenges.

- Engage with analytics teams to establish, measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for new features.

- Manage stakeholder engagement and effectively communicate product releases, new capabilities and associated customer and user journeys.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

- An Undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline.
Comprehensive knowledge of asset management and strong familiarity with sales processes and services.
Demonstrated experience in a similar Product Owner or digital product role, with responsibility for managing a technology product from strategy and requirements through to delivery.
Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce CRM, including delivering Salesforce capabilities, enhancements or products within an Agile environment is required.
A strong understanding of CRM concepts and how Salesforce can be leveraged to support business processes, sales enablement, user experience and operational efficiency.
In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles, with experience working closely with Scrum teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead teams through solution development and delivery challenges.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working in a cross-functional environment.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
A curious and experimental mindset with the ability to drive innovation amidst uncertainty.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
