Principal Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technology professionals, fostering an engaged, high-performing, and inclusive team culture.
- Provide direct people leadership, including performance management, career development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Drive successful delivery of technology solutions and services while ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational objectives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology leadership to maintain a healthy and prioritized delivery backlog.
