About Obin AI has made plenty of promises. Regulated financial institutions need systems they can deploy, govern, and defend to a regulator. Obin is the agentic workforce for regulated finance. We build AI agents trained on how a specific firm actually works — its operating logic, its edge cases, its regulatory framework — that run inside the client's own cloud and governance boundary. We help leading institutions rethink critical workflows across insurance, private credit, private equity, and commercial lending.
The Role Serve as a domain subject-matter expert supporting Obin's solution design, configuration and validation across asset management workflows. Responsibilities include defining data taxonomies and reference-data structures from first principles; specifying calculation methodologies and finance-domain formulas underpinning automated outputs; designing verification and control loops to test those outputs against expected results; and constructing, annotating and quality-reviewing "golden" reference datasets used to benchmark agent performance. Employee/Consultant will document methodology, assumptions and edge cases, review system outputs against defined benchmarks, and provide written findings and remediation guidance to Obin's delivery and platform teams. Employee/Consultant will collaborate with Obin's delivery, product and engineering teams and may be assigned other duties consistent with this role as the business requires. All work product created in the course of employment, including taxonomies, methodologies, datasets, annotations and documentation, is the exclusive property of Obin.
