WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Non-Medical Home Health Aide, you'll provide hands-on assistance and companionship while helping clients stay engaged in their daily lives.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

- Planning and preparing balanced meals and providing feeding assistance when needed

- Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying to maintain a safe environment

- Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and outings as needed

- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance

- Encouraging participation in daily routines and meaningful activities

- Observing clients and communicating noticeable changes in their condition

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for caregivers who bring compassion, reliability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to quality care.

Qualifications include:

- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor

- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

- Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius to client homes

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
