About the Role:

We are seeking a Field Engineer to support field operations at client work sites, including offshore and international locations. This role is responsible for coordinating well control equipment and well barrier testing operations, supporting equipment and network installations, troubleshooting field technology, and ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery.

The Field Engineer will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate field activities, resolve issues, document testing processes, and identify opportunities to improve customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a visible safety leader at client work sites and participate in applicable work site and rig-based safety programs.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage well control equipment and well barrier testing operations.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other vendors to streamline testing operations.
- Monitor and thoroughly document testing processes associated with surface and subsea operations.
- Create Base Schematic Design (BSD) files, wellbore schematics, and test plans.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage equipment and network installations in a variety of field environments.
- Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues on offshore rigs and escalate issues to the Real-Time Operations Center (RTOC) and Operations Manager when necessary.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Develop an understanding of client needs and identify opportunities to enhance customer support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Ability and willingness to receive the yellow fever vaccination.
- Ability to maintain all required safety and training certifications necessary to perform field responsibilities.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Valid driver's license and proof of sufficient vehicle insurance.
- Ability to successfully complete the company's field training program.
- Ability to work offshore and travel by helicopter and boat.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
- Ability to obtain and maintain HUET/BOSIET certification.
- Valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to pass required medical examinations for offshore work.
- Willingness and ability to travel on short notice to locations throughout the world for extended periods.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF creation, and other proprietary software.
- Computer troubleshooting, networking/network troubleshooting, and hardware repair skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of drilling, completions, intervention, and plug and abandonment (P&A) operations.
