Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated  DZ Tow Truck Driver  to join our team in Barrie, ON. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.

What you’re responsible for:

- Safely transporting vehicles from point of pick up to the yard/site
- Maintaining accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation
- Communicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities
- Providing our customers with excellent customer service!

Qualifications

To join our team:

- You have a valid DZ driver's license with cleaning driving abstract and CVOR
- You have a valid towing certificate (preferred)
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role
- You have strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- You are knowledgeable about towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures
- You are able to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
