Kitting

Parallel Employment is seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals for a Kitting position at our client's facility in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

- Pack components into kits for production lines
- Inspect parts and materials for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Label and package kits appropriately for delivery to production
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of kitting tasks
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

Shift Hours:

1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm plus overtime as required

Pay:

$16.00

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a team environment
