Leadership & Team Management

- Supervise, train, and mentor lease administration staff, reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness.

- Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members, with potential future oversight of an offshore lease administration team.

- Set priorities and manage workload distribution across the lease administration function.

Accounting & Cross-Functional Support

- Partner with the accounting and leasing teams to resolve complex lease setup and accounting questions.

- Oversee the leasing commission process, including invoice review and payment processing.

- Support month-end close activities and provide lease-related analysis to the Property Accounting Manager as needed.

- Partner with the Leasing Manager on the setup and administration of new leases.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in lease administration, commercial real estate accounting, or property accounting, with hands-on CAM experience

- Strong working knowledge of CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges, CAM pool setup, and lease abstraction.
