Experienced Powder Coater – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Mansfield, OH
Position Overview
We are hiring an Experienced Powder Coater for a manufacturing facility in Mansfield, Ohio. Previous powder coating experience is required. 1st and 2nd shift opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
- Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare parts and surfaces for coating
- Apply powder coating according to production specifications
- Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous powder coating experience required
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties
- Ability to follow instructions and meet production standards
