In 2023, HBF Foods was established because we aspired to be more than a shell-egg company. As stewards of resources at every level, we have created revolutionary Certified Upcycled egg-based dairy-free dips & yogurts.
In 2024, we started building our own Company Farms -- increasing our connection to the farms and land.
And in 2025, we expanded operations with the opening of our own grading facilities, bringing egg grading and packing in-house.

We are looking for an organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll act as the 'traffic controller,' keeping production running smoothly by proactively monitoring production status, producing weekly performance reports, reaching out to third-party and company-owned partners, communicating internally across the Supply Chain, CX and Logistics teams, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. The position includes, but is not limited to:

- Team Coordination : Work with department leads in Production, Inbound & Outbound Logistics and Packaging to facilitate weekly communications and live tracking of orders with third-party grading partners.
- Weekend Coverage : Monitor emails on Saturday production days, reschedule pick-ups and deliveries in case of freight or shipper delays.
- Inventory Management : Collect and confirm weekly ending inventory counts of raw materials and finished goods at grading partner facilities.
- Packaging Support : Assist the Packaging Manager by gathering regular inventory counts of packaging materials and coordinating transfers from storage to grading facilities.
- Shipping Support : Handle ASN confirmations and submissions to grading partners; monitor and update customer PO information and ship point logistics in customer dashboards (like Walmart’s Retail Link); schedule inbound and outbound freight from third-party storage facilities; book and modify appointments in Costco’s online scheduling system.
- Reporting : Track email communications to flag important updates for production and logistics teams. Keep tabs on 3PL partners with scorecard performance reporting.

Qualifications:

- Intermediate to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with logistics, production scheduling, or inventory management is a plus
- Ability to adapt to evolving situations and provide weekend email support, as needed
