Position Summary
Supports purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations across Sun Life Health. Responsible for purchase orders, vendor communication, inventory control, receiving, and distribution of supplies.
Essential Functions
- Create and track purchase orders
- Request quotes and communicate with vendors
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Receive and distribute supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform inventory counts and audits
- Resolve order, shipping, and invoice discrepancies
- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse
- Coordinate supply needs and deliveries across locations
Qualifications
- Purchasing, supply chain, or inventory control experience preferred
- Purchase order and ERP system experience preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona Drivers License with clean driving record
- Must meet fingerprinting requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Travel between locations may be required
