Marketing Lead, Self-Care PCH

Position Summary:

Our Pharma and Consumer Health (PCH) Marketing and Strategy team is responsible for shaping the PCH Segment’s Strategic Plan alongside Business Leaders, business insight, market intelligence, product and marketing initiatives, and managing customer-facing events.

The Marketing Lead drives the planning, prioritization, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across Catalent's Self-Care portfolio, including Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS), Wellness, Beauty, and Over-the-Counter (OTC) categories.

This role serves as the primary marketing partner to Self-Care business stakeholders, translating business priorities, market opportunities, and customer needs into actionable marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline generation, and commercial effectiveness.

The Role:

Marketing Execution and Campaign Support

- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned to Self-Care business objectives and growth priorities.
- Translate commercial priorities, customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic initiatives into actionable marketing programs.
- Prioritize marketing investments, campaigns, content development, events, and sales enablement activities to maximize business impact.
- Partner with business leaders to identify emerging opportunities and marketing support requirements.

Campaign & Content Leadership

- Lead development and execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, webinars, thought leadership, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Guide development of differentiated messaging, campaign positioning, and customer-facing content.
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, external agencies, and subject matter experts to deliver integrated marketing programs.

Commercial Partnership & Sales Enablement

- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to Commercial, Portfolio, Innovation, and Operations stakeholders.
- Lead development of customer-facing materials, value proposition messaging, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
- Align marketing activities to support pipeline development, customer engagement, and key growth initiatives.

Performance Insights & Continuous Improvement

- Monitor performance across campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives using established KPIs.
- Leverage customer, market, and campaign insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.

The Candidate (Minimum Requirements):

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years of marketing, product marketing, commercial marketing, or related experience.
- Experience within consumer health, nutraceuticals, OTC or CDMO industries.
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing programs and priorities.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Excellent project management and execution capabilities.
