Position : Senior Account Manager
Compensation :Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $69,000 - $88,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. Our Senior Account Managers take a lead role in proactively communicating, consulting, and managing a comprehensive ecosystem of integrated marketing solutions in our Client Success Department. You will be a trusted advisor for our clients for cohesive marketing campaigns that span creative/branding, website development, and digital marketing to exceed client goals.
The ideal candidate for this role has a deep strategic marketing background, superior presentation and communication skills, and a nuanced understanding of how brand creative, web functionality, and digital media channels intersect to drive full-funnel business growth.
This position is responsible for:
- Strategically managing a portfolio of clients, often including key or more complex accounts, while providing mentorship and guidance to Account Managers. You'll be responsible for the overall strategic health and growth of your client portfolio.
- Engaging in deep strategic listening to uncover underlying business challenges, long-term goals, and market opportunities, anticipating needs the client hasn't articulated yet. You'll navigate complex strategic dilemmas, finding compromises that preserve the overall partnership value.
- Interpreting complex performance data across the full marketing landscape (website conversion health, creative campaign engagement, and digital media metrics) to derive strategic insights, advise on total budget allocation across all services, and manage overall health for your client portfolio.
- Maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients, leveraging strong account management and interpersonal skills. You'll serve as the primary liaison for day-to-day communication and ensure client feedback is seamlessly integrated into creative, web, and digital work.
- Growing and renewing client relationships by building effective, multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage our full, integrated suite of services. You'll proactively identify client needs and articulate how our combined creative, web, and digital solutions directly address them to drive success.
- Proactively identify and solve complex, systemic business challenges that extend beyond individual projects, developing comprehensive strategies using our full suite of services to drive significant client growth and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client team, bridging the gap between internal creative, web development, and digital media teams to ensure integrated, on-time, and on-budget campaign delivery.
- Possessing a deep understanding of the broader real estate landscape, including market trends and competitive dynamics, to inform holistic strategic recommendations.
- Interpreting, analyzing, and communicating monthly performance reports and results to clients based on their digital marketing programs. You'll identify basic performance issues and work with specialists to suggest tactical adjustments.

Qualifications were looking for:
- Vast understanding of the broader marketing ecosystem, including how brand strategy, creative asset production, website UX/UI, and digital media channels (Google Ads, SEO, Paid Social) cross-functionally impact each other.
- Proven experience interpreting, analyzing, and communicating multi-channel marketing performance data to derive high-level strategic insights for clients.
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex marketing challenges and develop comprehensive, integrated solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulating complex creative and data-driven strategic ideas with gravitas and clarity in executive-level discussions.
- Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in an agency environment with rapidly changing priorities, driving high-level initiatives with strategic purpose.
- A proactive curiosity for AI technology, with a track record (or eagerness) to use AI tools to work smarter, automate routine tasks, and free up time for high-value strategic work.
