As a   Registered Nurse , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care that supports residents living with dignity,   choice   and independence. Working within our Seniors Communities, you will provide compassionate nursing care, undertake clinical assessments, contribute to care planning and collaborate closely with residents,   families   and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive health outcomes.

Your Opportunity

This is a permanent pa rt-tim e opportunity based at   Warriewood   Brook   Village , offering 20 hours per week across three days, with Monday preferably as a mandatory working day.

This role includes conducting wellness assessments, wound care management, catheter care,   monitoring   high-risk residents, coordinating follow-up   care   and working collaboratively with families, Clinical Leads and allied health professionals to support positive resident outcomes   that enhances their wellbeing and quality of life   though inclusive care.

With compassion,   professionalism   and clinical   expertise , you will:

Resident Care & Wellbeing

- Deliver routine and complex nursing care, including wound management, injections ,   infection   control   and   medication-related support

- Conduct comprehensive   clinical   assessments and   monitor   changes in residents’ health and wellbeing

- Evaluate resident progress and adjust care interventions as   required

- Respond appropriately to clinical incidents, illnesses,   falls   and changes in condition

- Escalate concerns and liaise with doctors, specialists and healthcare providers when   required

- Ensure residents are treated with empathy,   dignity   and respect   at all times

Communication & Collaboration

- Build trusted relationships with residents,   families   and representatives

- Share clinical knowledge and support colleagues to achieve positive resident outcomes

- Work collaboratively with care teams, allied health   professionals   and operational leaders

- Contribute to the review and evaluation of resident care plans

- Maintain   accurate ,   timely   and compliant clinical documentation

- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary discussions

Quality, Compliance & Safety

- Deliver care   in accordance with   AHPRA standards, aged care   legislation   and   organisational   policies

- Support a culture of clinical excellence, continuous   improvement   and resident safety

- Participate in safety,   quality   and compliance activities

- Report incidents,   hazards   and risks in line with   organisational   requirements

What You'll Bring

You are a compassionate and clinically confident Registered Nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of older people.

You will also need:

- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

- Minimum 3 years’ nursing experience

- Experience within aged care, retirement living,   general practice or   community   nursing   or a high-volume clinical environment

- Strong clinical assessment, care   planning   and documentation skills

- A current competency in urinary catheter insertion and   removal is highly desirable

- Sound understanding of aged care standards and funding requirements

- Current Driver’s License, good to   have
