JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing subject matter expertise and operational support for planning systems, reporting, automation, and process standardization across regional planning teams. This role focuses on improving process efficiency, data accuracy, KPI visibility, troubleshooting, and the standardization of planning practices across sites and regions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as a subject matter expert for planning tools, processes, reporting, and systems, supporting regional planning teams.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of RPA and automation solutions , including business requirements, validation, and issue resolution.
- Provide troubleshooting support for planning tools and coordinate with IT and other functions to resolve system and reporting issues.
- Support the development and enhancement of Power BI reports and dashboards , including WIP DII, MPS alignment, OTD, Forecast CRD, SO CRD, and other key planning KPIs.
- Support the implementation of reporting enhancements, including Pareto analysis, WIP DII calculations, customer targets, historical waiver visibility, standardized KPI filters, trend analysis, and site-level reporting.
- Review, update, and standardize planning procedures and checklists based on regional and cross-functional feedback.
- Support the review and implementation of planning-related procedures, including RMA, MPS alignment, outside procurement, and EOL processes.
- Support the development and enhancement of MCP tools and solutions , including forecast conversion and IEDB-SAP-RR connectivity, with the objective of standardizing processes across regions and improving component availability visibility.
- Develop training materials, documentation, and WIKI content to support knowledge sharing and user adoption.
- Support management KPI reviews and global audits by preparing and consolidating key delivery metrics.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual activities, improve efficiency, strengthen root-cause analysis, and standardize best practices across regions.
- Collaborate with Planning, IT, Operations, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to implement improvements and resolve issues.

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports to Management & Planning Supervisor.

Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees .

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong understanding of planning processes, supply chain operations, and performance management.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems , preferably SAP.
- Experience with Power BI , including dashboard development, data analysis, and KPI reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, data management, analysis and support VBA macro automations.
- Experience with RPA, automation, process improvement, or system implementation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical process, reporting, and system improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to develop procedures, training materials, and process documentation.
- Fluent conversational and written English is mandatory for this position.
