Ford Champs  will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

As a Talent Development Ford Champ, you will be responsible of Continuous Education Strategy, Training Communication Strategy, Talent Development KPI’s and the implementation of several training programs.

- Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Communications, Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or Industrial Engineering
- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Previous Learning experience is helpful but not required
