As an Elara Caring Vice President, M&A and De Novo Integrations, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of acquisitions, De Novo launches, and other enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Develop integration and launch plans with clear timelines, responsibilities, risks, and measures of success.
- Partner with executive leaders and teams across Operations, Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Clinical, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.
- Serve as a key contact for acquired organizations and De Novo leaders, supporting a smooth transition into Elara Caring.
- Lead and develop a team that supports integrations, new launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee launch readiness and help ensure new operations meet their operational, financial, clinical, employee, and growth goals.
- Establish processes, tools, and reporting that support consistent execution as Elara Caring grows.
- Identify barriers, guide decisions, and keep teams accountable for progress.
- Support change management, employee engagement, and the adoption of Elara Caring systems and processes.
- Plan the transition of integrated businesses and new operations to their ongoing operational leaders.
What is Required?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Equivalent relevant education and experience may be considered.
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, M&A integration, corporate development, program management, or a related area.
- Experience leading complex M&A integrations, De Novo launches, and large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Experience partnering with executive leaders, leading teams, and working across multiple markets or business units.
- Strong healthcare operations, financial,program leadership, and change management skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% as needed.
- Home health, hospice, or other multi-site healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase or other healthcare technology platforms is preferred.
