Role Summary

Lead daily operations across one or more teams while ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll coach and develop employees, manage workflows, and partner with other teams to improve processes and service. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on team performance and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead daily operations by setting priorities, assigning work, and managing workflows to meet service and productivity goals.
- Coach and develop employees through regular feedback, mentoring, training, and performance conversations.
- Build a strong team by supporting hiring, onboarding, recognition, development, and employee engagement.
- Monitor processes and performance to identify issues, address challenges, and maintain service standards.
- Ensure operational procedures, controls, security requirements, and audit standards are followed.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen the overall customer and employee experience.
- Partner with teams across the organization to improve workflows and implement effective solutions.
- Stay current on industry practices and technology to support continuous improvement and team development.

Education & Experience

Required

- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, such as a lead, supervisor, work director, or team manager.
- Experience overseeing workflows, coaching employees, and driving team performance in an operations, service, or production environment.

Preferred

- 5+ years of experience in banking operations or financial services.
- 5+ years of experience working in a regulated environment with established controls and compliance requirements.
- 5+ years of experience working across multiple operational functions or business areas.
