Inventory Control Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to play a critical role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll maintain inventory accuracy, support shipping and receiving operations, and help ensure materials are available when and where they are needed.

What You Will Do

- Prepare and process customer shipments

- Receive and store raw materials and components

- Maintain accurate raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventories

- Perform inventory transactions in IQMS

- Support daily shipping operations and freight coordination

- Load and unload materials using forklifts and material-handling equipment

- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

- Support physical inventories and maintain organized warehouse areas

What We Are Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or material handling

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Good organizational and communication skills

- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office

- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds

- ERP/IQMS experience preferred

- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
