ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Insulation Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of residential, commercial, and industrial insulation projects. This position is responsible for supervising insulation removal and installation work, coordinating installation teams, and ensuring completed work meets project specifications, building codes, safety requirements, and customer expectations. The Insulation Supervisor is a hands-on leadership position that combines technical expertise, team leadership, attention to detail, and customer communication. You will work closely with Branch Managers, Customers, and installation teams to coordinate project timelines, maintain quality standards, and support successful project completion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Supervise insulation removal and installation projects to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
- Coordinate and manage insulation removal and installation teams throughout each project.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, compliance with building codes, and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior staff on insulation removal and installation techniques and safe work practices.
- Partner with Branch Managers and Customers to coordinate project timelines and communicate project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.
- Communicate with Customers to understand their insulation requirements and help ensure expectations are met.
- Stay current on insulation technologies, industry practices, and best practices.
