OT Programme & PMO Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated CoE roadmap, portfolio, milestones, dependencies, risks and decision log.

• Coordinate delivery across CoE functions, clusters, plants, IT teams and external partners.

• Develop executive dashboards covering maturity, investment, delivery, risk reduction and exceptions.

• Manage programme governance, steering materials, financial tracking and resource planning.

• Support prioritisation using the OT Tiering Framework, business criticality and risk evidence.

• Challenge delivery slippage and ensure accountable owners and recovery actions are recorded.

• Maintain repeatable reporting and governance rhythms without duplicating local project management.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, project management or a related discipline.

• Strong programme governance, analytical, financial and executive communication skills.

• Understanding of cyber risk, industrial operations and complex matrix organisations.
Experience

• 10+ years in programme, portfolio or transformation management, preferably in cyber security or industrial technology.

• Experience coordinating multi-country programmes with executive governance and distributed delivery teams.

• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, investment cases and risk-based prioritisation models.
Certifications

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, PgMP or equivalent programme certification preferred.

• CISM, CRISC, ITIL or Lean portfolio certification desirable.
