Cluster OT Security Governance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the network of dedicated Cluster OT Security Leads and maintain a consistent governance rhythm.

• Monitor implementation of CoE standards, architectures, roadmap commitments and improvement plans.

• Consolidate cluster maturity, risk, exception, audit and remediation reporting for CoE leadership.

• Facilitate cross-cluster prioritisation, knowledge sharing and resolution of common barriers.

• Challenge overdue actions and ensure material risks are escalated through defined governance.

• Support clusters in translating global requirements into achievable local plans.

• Preserve the operating principle that the hub defines standards, clusters orchestrate and plants execute locally.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cyber security, engineering, risk, operations or a related discipline, equivalent specialist experience accepted.

• Strong governance, stakeholder management, facilitation and performance reporting skills.

• Understanding of industrial operations, OT cyber risk and federated operating models.
Experience

• 10+ years in cyber security governance, industrial operations, risk or programme oversight.

• Experience working across regions, business units or clusters in a matrix organisation.

• Experience managing maturity assessments, exceptions, remediation plans and executive reporting.
Certifications

• CISM, CRISC, CISSP or GICSP preferred.

• IEC 62443, ISO 27001, audit or programme management certification desirable.
