Warehouse / Inventory Associate

Job Details:
Location: Roseville, CA
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $22.00 / hour
Position Type: Temporary (Hours vary based on client needs)
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Move furniture and inventory throughout the warehouse safely using dollies and panel crates.
Stage, load, and unload product as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
Collaborate effectively with the warehouse team to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications & Attributes:
Experience: Previous warehouse experience or background in heavy lifting/material handling is strongly preferred.
Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Work Ethic: Strong motivation to excel, take ownership of duties, and maintain a positive demeanor.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well in a group setting.
Reliability: Punctual, accountable, and consistently dependable.
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
Must have consistent, reliable transportation.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Able to provide recent, relevant work history with at least 3 professional references (including contact phone numbers).
