Retail Merchandising Installer - Traveling Team (NC/SC)

Done Right Merchandising is a national retail merchandising company specializing in new store setups, resets, and remodels for major retailers. We're looking for reliable, hardworking people who are ready for physically demanding work, regular travel, and a schedule that rewards commitment.

What to Expect

This is demanding, hands-on work. You'll be on your feet for long shifts, lifting and moving product and store fixtures, and traveling to a new location on a regular basis. This isn't a desk job or a light-duty role — if you're looking for something low-key, this isn't it. Schedule

You'll typically work two store projects back-to-back before your week off. Each store project runs Saturday through Thursday (6 working days). Once a store is complete, you'll travel to your next location on Friday and begin the next store project the following Saturday. After completing your second store, you'll have a full week off before starting your next assignment. Shift length varies depending on the project and how quickly the store is completed.

Pay

Pay is a flat rate per completed store project, not a standard hourly wage. This means your actual hourly earnings depend on how efficiently your team completes the project. Average effective hourly range is $15 USD

Mileage

Mileage between job sites is reimbursed at $0.28 per mile, per company policy.

What the Job Involves

- Removing existing products from shelves and placing them on product movers for restocking

- Setting shelves, peg hooks, shelf strips, price labels, and signage

- Stocking merchandise according to a planogram

- Assisting with building and/or moving store fixtures

- Traveling between job sites regularly

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

- Reliable — you show up on time, every time, for the full schedule

- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds

- Comfortable traveling regularly, with your own reliable transportation (we don't provide rental vehicles, and public transportation isn't sufficient for this work)

- Respectful and professional — you treat your team, supervisors, and clients with courtesy, regardless of how your day is going

- At least 18 years old

- Able to pass a national background check and random drug screenings

- Has a valid, government-issued ID
