Job Description:
The Infrastructure team is looking for a Sr. Storage Engineer.
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Storage Engineer with 7+ years of experience to join our team at Cboe Global Markets. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Hitachi and Pure Storage arrays. Additionally, the candidate needs in - depth knowledge of Linux multipath and Cisco MDS Fibre Channel switching.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Design, implement, and manage storage solutions, primarily using Hitachi and Pure Storage arrays.
- Collaborate with storage vendors on installation, upgrades, and replacements of storage arrays.
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of storage systems.
- Administer Cisco MDS Fibre Channel switches .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on storage projects and requests.
- Document processes and maintain Cboe’s Global standards for storage system architecture.
The ideal candidate has
- 7 + years of experience in storage engineering.
- Strong expertise in Hitachi storage solutions: OpsCenter Admin, CM-REST, Analyzer, and RAIDCOM
- Deep understanding of Fibre Channel switching layer with an ability to troubleshoot .
- Familiarity with Pure Storage arrays.
- Proficient in RHEL multipath configuration for various array types.
- Eagerness to work with and learn from the team.
You’ll really stand out with:
- Detailed knowledge of the Hitachi and Pure array model lines.
- Troubleshooting skills for Fibre Channel performance issues.
- Ability to write and understand scripts used for automation of data collection tasks.
- Experience with software - defined and o bject storage solutions .
- Knowledge of data replication options and wh en to utilize each.

Salary Ranges (applicable for US locations only)
At Cboe, we are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and market‑informed total rewards program. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $102,850-$133,100, with actual compensation determined by job‑related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location.
This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe's long-term equity programs.
