Brightways Counseling Group is currently hiring dedicated Clinicians at our Redmond, Mill Park (Portland), E. Burnside (Portland), Woodburn, Tigard, Eugene, and Salem locations .

Position: W-2 Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Sustainable Caseload Design:
We want you to thrive, not burn out. Full-time schedules are 28 or more scheduled appointments weekly. You have the option to do this in 4 days instead of 5. This gives you an opportunity for 3 days each week to enjoy rest and have fun.  Also, 28 scheduled appointments each week set you up for success so that any cancellations won't keep you from completing the expected 22 completed sessions per week. - Comprehensive Health Coverage:  Employer contributions toward medical, dental, and prescription insurance (including acupuncture, chiropractic care, and massage through Professional Benefits Services, and dental via Delta Dental). Coverage starts the 1st of the month following your start date (HDHP with HSA available).

- Active, independent professional licensure in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
