Your Role at Sephora:
Ready for a career glow up? As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, you’ll be establishing marketing plans for Sephora brand partners that drive sales and grow clients for brands and the Hair category. The work you do will impact beauty, as you partner with brands to optimize programs using Sephora’s marketing levers. You’ll manage a team that’s united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about leading as a brand marketing partner, building collaborative marketing programs, driving cross-functional leadership, and demonstrating Sephora values.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead as main marketing contact for ~23 brands simultaneously; own relationship outright and develop a keen understanding of brand businesses, priorities, and products
- Navigate conversations with and advise senior-most marketing leaders in brand organizations on strategic and tactical levels
- Advise brands on how to win at Sephora from a channel marketing standpoint, including consumer messaging, sampling strategy, social media strategy, co-op advertising, and creative
- Develop strong partnerships, securing brand participation in relevant Sephora marketing programs
- Analyze and report on Sephora and brand ROI for collaborative marketing programs and sampling investments, utilizing data to make win-win recommendations
- Procure and manage Beauty Insider sampling, Play (subscription) sampling, and promotional plans for brands
- Identify opportunities for new co-op marketing programs and partnerships, building business cases to develop new ideas and innovations
- Serve as the go-to marketing contact for Sephora category merchants and build reciprocal cross-functional partnerships across merchandising, digital marketing, .com merchandising, store education, loyalty, and analytics teams
- Employ a strategic approach to process, organize and divvy up work effectively, and serve as a mentor and role-model to junior team members and cross-functional partners

What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years related experience in brand management/marketing in a consumer facing business, digital content publisher, or digital agency
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas
- Honed presentation skills and confidence in presenting points of view in multiple forums, including leadership level
- Bachelor’s degree (BA)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Creative self-starter with a can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
- Proven ability to lead, build relationships, and work effectively in a highly cross-functional team
What You’ll Get:
The annual base salary range for this position is $155,975.00 - $174,325.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
