POSITION SUMMARY:
The VIP Marketing Moderator is responsible for promoting, representing the company, and marketing events at Tao Group Hospitality venues. The primary function of the VIP Marketing Moderator is to handle and be responsible for scanning all Liaison guest list tickets upon entry through the VIP Host podium for the VIP Marketing teams at the Dayclub and Nightclub venues to enhance tracking for commission purposes for the department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Engage potential guests and provide information about Tao Group Hospitality venues.
• Educate oneself on sales/promotional techniques, talent, and venue knowledge.
• Welcome guests through the VIP Guest List line and scan all Tao Group tickets upon entry using company equipment for VIP Marketing team tracking and commission purposes.
• Create a reliable and updated network of former and future guests, industry contacts, and reputable leads.
• Manage venue capacity in conjunction with Security to ensure safety regulations are maintained.
• Utilize reservation systems to manage, seat, and book reservations where applicable.
• Liaise with VIP Marketing teams to transfer guests to additional Tao Group Hospitality properties.
• Earn commission based on eligible reservation bookings.
• Comply with all Nevada Gaming Control Board standards.
• Remain attentive to company events, upcoming venue openings, and organizational changes.
• Maintain the workstation/podium in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain and promote a friendly atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Assist with and/or complete additional tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION / WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and networking skills required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
