About this role

Accountabilities:

- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across Mumbai/West India, alongside selected Central Government and Public Sector accounts in Delhi/NCR.

- Drive new-logo acquisition, account expansion, cross-selling, and long-term customer growth across digital trust and cybersecurity solutions.

- Build trusted, multi-level relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, security and technology leaders, procurement teams, and senior business stakeholders.

- Develop strategic account plans covering customer priorities, whitespace opportunities, competitive positioning, and growth strategies.

- Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets and account potential.

- Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical evaluations, proofs of concept or value, negotiations, and competitive scenarios.

- Apply structured qualification to understand customer pain points, business impact, urgency, decision criteria, funding, competition, and purchasing processes.

- Translate technology capabilities into measurable customer outcomes such as risk reduction, automation, compliance, resilience, and cryptographic agility.

- Manage assigned government and public-sector accounts, including tenders, RFPs, procurement processes, technical evaluations, and commercial requirements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant partners, distributors, system integrators, and government ecosystems while retaining ownership of account and deal strategy.

- Lead commercial strategies and negotiations based on customer value, competitive positioning, and buying requirements.

- Coordinate internal resources across sales engineering, channel, marketing, SDR, product, customer success, and leadership to progress strategic opportunities.

- Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and forecast information, providing evidence-based forecasts and clearly defined next steps.

- Identify deal risks, competitive threats, and potential delays early while maintaining ownership through successful closure.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or related technology markets.

- Proven track record of generating pipeline, acquiring new logos, expanding strategic accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets.

- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.

- Strong executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with CISO, CIO, CTO, security, technology, procurement, and business leaders.

- Established enterprise relationships and market knowledge across Mumbai/West India and/or Delhi/NCR are preferred.

- Experience selling into financial services, regulated industries, government, or public-sector organizations is highly valued.

- Knowledge of PKI, certificate lifecycle management, digital certificates, machine identity, digital trust, or adjacent cybersecurity solutions is strongly preferred.

- A proactive hunter mindset, with the ability to create opportunities rather than rely solely on existing pipeline.

- Strong strategic, value-based, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes.

- Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation, competitive positioning, pricing, and complex purchasing processes.

- Experience using structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDPPICC or an equivalent framework.

- Strong partner-management skills and the ability to leverage channel relationships while maintaining ownership of customer strategy.

- Excellent organizational and operational skills, including account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.

- Collaborative communication style and the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous but not required.
