Fountain Worker, Swing - FT

As a Fountain Worker, you will be responsible for excellent customer service ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Position: Hourly, Full-Time
Location: Gold Strike Casino

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- One (1) year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- One (1) year of experience of guest service experience.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

- Knowledge of menu items, including mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies, and equipment.
- Knowledge of standard kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators, coolers, slicers, and beverage machines.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Basic computer skills and experience with varied Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Able to handle multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- This role includes frequent standing and bending.
- Constant walking, reaching, balancing, and grasping items.
- Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 80 lbs.
