About this role

Standard Job Description

Perform a variety of inspection operations of mechanical parts and installations fabricated and/or assembled such as; completed systems, assemblies, tools, jigs, fixtures, prototypes, training devices and detail parts on manufacturing prototype, production development and/or production programs. Perform inspections utilizing a variety of techniques, inspection equipment and instruments to include visual, layout methods and various conventional types of measurement devices.

Basic Qualifications

* Must be a US Citizen
* Working knowledge of machine parts, tooling section or mechanical assembly inspection
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on a team
* High school degree or equivalent
* Must be able to:
* Read and interpret Engineering drawings
* Use precision measurement equipment
* Use computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc.

Desired Skills

* Mechanical inspection experience
* CMM experience
* Level II Penetrant Certified

Pay Information

* $31.70 - $47.28
