Standard Job Description

Delivers full-stack data solutions across the entire data processing pipeline. This relies on systems engineering principles to design and implement solutions that span the data lifecycle to: collect, ingest, process, store, persist, access, and deliver data at scale and at speed. It includes knowledge of local, distributed, and cloud-based technologies; data virtualization and smart caching; and all security and authentication mechanisms required to protect the data.Build data pipelines that clean, transform, and aggregate unorganized data into databases or data sources that are ready for analysis; Design and implement data solutions by defining functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications; Work through all stages of a data solution lifecycle, e.g., analyze / profile data, create conceptual, logical and physical data model designs, architect and design ETL, reporting and analytics; Maintain data systems performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems; calculating optimum values for parameters; evaluating, integrating, and installing new releases; Define standards, best practices, and certification processes for data objects

Basic Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data/system architecture
* Experience in gathering requirements and understanding business processes
* Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset; capable of troubleshooting complex data issues across multiple systems.
* Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines at scale
* Familiar with Safe Agile framework

Desired Skills

* Data Modeling experience in SAP HANA
* Experience with ETL/ELT Tools
* Familiarity CI/CD pipeline automation
* Proficiency in NiFi, SQL, HANA, DataBricks
* Experience with Performance Optimization
* Visualization: Ability to collaborate with BI teams
* Agile Hive Management: Experience working in “Agile Hive” structures—self‑organizing, cross‑functional squads that own end‑to‑end data product lifecycle

Pay Information

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $106600.00 - $198000.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $95900.00 - $178100.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $85300.00 - $158300.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $76700.00 - $142500.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.
