Associate Director IT, ERP Finance Capabilities at a glance...

You will lead Kraft Heinz’s SAP ERP Finance technology landscape across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC6, Central Finance (CFIN), tax engines, treasury platforms, and finance-supporting applications. You will be accountable for strategy, delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement across Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling and Product Costing (CO/PC), Tax, and Treasury and Risk Management. You will manage ERP Finance specialists, partner closely with senior Finance and Controlling stakeholders, challenge and guides solution design, and own the roadmap that enables reliable, scalable, and compliant Finance processes globally.

What's on the menu?

- Own the multi-year ERP Finance capabilities roadmap across S/4HANA, ECC6, and CFIN
- Build business cases for new SAP investments and platform innovations Guide the long-term ECC6 to S/4HANA migration path for remaining entities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP Finance projects — S/4HANA rollouts, CFIN extensions, BU/MU restructuring, MD&A projects, Tax and Treasury implementations
- Manage project portfolios with robust governance, risk management, and executive reporting
- Ensure high availability and performance of SAP Finance environments, with heightened support during critical close cycles
- Translate Finance & Controlling requirements into scalable, SOX-compliant SAP solutions
- Lead and develop a team of SAP FI/CO, Tax, and Treasury functional consultants and architects
- Ensure SOX, US GAAP & local GAAP compliance across all ERP Finance systems

- I have 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years leading SAP ERP Finance in a multinational organization
- I have deep SAP FI and CO/PC expertise — GL, AP, AR, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing, Material Ledger
- I have hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance experience including Universal Journal and embedded analytics
- I have strong working knowledge of SAP ECC6 and Central Finance (CFIN), including source-system integration, mapping, replication, reconciliation, and finance data harmonization
- I have deep SAP Tax experience including indirect tax processes, tax code governance, and integration with Vertex or comparable tax solutions
- I have Treasury and Risk Management experience, including SAP Treasury / Kyriba, cash and liquidity management, banking connectivity, or FX risk management
- I have proven delivery of complex SAP Finance programs end-to-end
- I am able to challenge solution designs, balance transformation delivery with operational stability, and lead internal, contractor, and SI/vendor teams

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$164,200.00 - $205,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
