Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit to work in Greece.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the utilities or energy sector.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a professional approach to customer support.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high performance standards.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
