Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Allentown, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Saturday overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

### Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up and high-reach forklifts to transport, store, and organize inventory. Receiving & Logistics: Unload incoming trailers and stage materials efficiently throughout the facility. Inventory Control: Perform accurate regular cycle counts and on-demand physical inventory audits. Team Communication: Collaborate with production and staff to ensure required materials are delivered promptly. Independent Execution: Work self-sufficiently with minimal daily supervision while staying focused and detail-oriented.
### Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience operating stand-up and high-reach forklifts. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Language: Fluent in spoken and written English to follow safety guidelines and operational procedures. Work Ethic: Strong track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and a positive team attitude. Precision: Sharp attention to detail in inventory management and record-keeping.
