Modern Dental Smiles is an established, premier privately owned dental practice led by a single owner with three locations across Palm Beach County (Jupiter/Juno Beach, Boynton Beach, and Wellington). Our team includes multiple doctors, experienced hygienists, and a supportive administrative and clinical staff.
We offer full-scope general, cosmetic, implant, and orthodontic dentistry. We are looking for a reliable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our happy clinical team! Whether you have general chairside experience or are looking for a great team environment where you can grow, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Comfort: Greet patients warmly, walk them to operatories, answer general dental questions, and make sure they feel comfortable before and during procedures.
- Chairside Assisting: Assist doctors through standard 4-handed dentistry across general restorative care and routine exams.
- Sterilization & Room Setup: Prepare operatories, set up dental instruments, and sterilize equipment according to health and safety regulations.
- X-rays & Impressions: Take clear digital dental X-rays and assist with basic impressions or tray setups.
- Operatory Maintenance: Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting program / Dental Assistant School (required).
- Valid Florida Dental Radiography certification (or EFDA).
- Friendly, cheerful personality with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a desire to learn and take instruction well.
- Experience with Dentrix (or general dental software) is a plus, but not required.
