Controller – Metro Atlanta, GA
Who:
A fast-growing consumer products company is looking for a hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations, build a strong team, and bring structure as the business scales.
What:
You'll own the accounting function from start to finish. That means timely, accurate financials and mentoring a high-performing team. This is a true roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role.

Metro Atlanta, GA (some flexibility for the right candidate)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to $200,000
- Bonus: Up to 20%

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis
- Deliver timely, accurate financial statements in line with GAAP
- Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Improve processes and build accounting workflows that scale
- Own and optimize the ERP
- Set up and maintain strong internal controls
- Partner with leadership to support business decisions
- Oversee eCommerce accounting, including revenue recognition, inventory, and reconciliation of payment and marketplace data
What We're Looking For:
- A proven Controller, or a strong Accounting Manager ready to step up
- eCommerce, retail, or consumer products experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a growing, mid-sized company
- Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
- A strong leadership and team development mindset
- Able to work both strategically and tactically
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
