## About The Role

As a Pricing & Packaging Strategy Manager , you will play a key role in shaping and executing our pricing & packaging strategy to drive sustainable growth, maximize customer value, and optimize revenue. You will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and continuously improve pricing initiatives across the organization.
 
This is a highly strategic cross-functional role that works closely with Leadership, Product, Sales, Finance, Billing, and Analytics to develop and translate pricing strategies into scalable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

- Develop and evolve the company's pricing and packaging strategy in the era of AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer value, and shifting market trends and positioning.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify pricing opportunities and validate strategic decision making with our executives.
- Build business cases, pricing models, demand forecasts, and revenue impact analyses to support pricing recommendations, with our analyst team.
- Support end-to-end implementation of new pricing models, offerings, packages, and pricing changes across internal systems and business processes, with our operations team.
- Drive operational excellence by improving pricing governance, approval processes, discount policies, and implementation workflows.
- Continuously evaluate pricing performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics to optimize revenue, profitability, and customer adoption.
- Foster strong partnerships across the organization to align stakeholders around pricing strategy and execution.
 
Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Pricing Strategy, Growth & Monetization, Strategic / Management Consulting or similar strategic business roles.
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies or similar business and pricing models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams from strategy through execution.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in building analysis based business case.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence teams across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proactive, curious, and hands-on problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to Have

- Experience with pricing and packaging strategy.
- Background in strategy consulting and working with c-suite executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or other quantitative fields.
- Experience working with billing, monetization, or revenue systems.
- Experience leading or mentoring analysts or cross-functional operation teams.
