The Role. As a Capital Markets Analyst working at Monark, you'll source and close transactions in the late stage, leading pre-IPO companies. What you'll do:
- Originate sell-side supply from shareholders, funds and supply partners in names where our investors show deep demand.
- Negotiate, price, and structure blocks, then bring them to Monark's platform network for syndication.
- Broker transactions directly, including sourcing buyers, when a platform fill isn't the right fit.
- Run deals through close: indications, company consent / ROFR, documentation and funding.
- Work with Monark's origination, deal operations and compliance teams on every transaction.
- Keep every deal, contact and communication in Monark's CRM and approved channels.
What you'll need:
- Active Series 7 and Series 63 registrations.

- An existing network of sellers, funds and institutional buyers of private company stock.
- Working knowledge of transfer mechanics: company consent, ROFR, SPV structures, etc.
Benefits

- Base salary of $60,000 to $100,000 per year
- Aggressive commission on closed transactions
