About the Position...

The People & Culture Administrative Intern is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities.

United Business Bank is seeking a People & Culture Administrative Intern to help our team organize employee records and support day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role for a college junior, rising senior, or recent graduate interested in gaining experience in human resources.

What you'll do:

- Organize, scan, file, and audit employee documents and records.

- Enter, review, and update information in our HR systems.

- Help transfer and organize records during our HRIS transition.

- Track paperwork and follow up on missing information.

- Support the People & Culture team with other administrative projects as needed.

What we're looking for:

- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with a high volume of documents and data.

- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with care.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is helpful but not required.

- Availability for a three- to four-month assignment.
