About the Team
You will be working within the Digital, Data and Operational Technology team within the Advisory business where we have market-leading, collaborative and high performing Digital and Technology specialists operating predominantly within regulated industries, particularly major Infrastructure, Highways, Rail, Defence and Utilities.

Our work spans projects that cover everything from enterprise level solutions for critical national infrastructure to rapid R&D prototyping across multiple domains.

What you’ll be doing

Help solve some of the world's most complex infrastructure challenges.

As a Graduate Consultant, you'll join a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, software developers, cyber security specialists, SCADA engineers, network designers, analysts, and test & assurance professionals working on projects that genuinely matter.

From supporting critical national infrastructure to developing innovative AI-driven solutions, you'll help our clients make better decisions through technology, data and engineering excellence.

You'll have the opportunity to:

- Work on projects that keep transport networks moving, utilities operating, and critical infrastructure running safely and efficiently.

- Turn complex data into meaningful insights using analytics, AI and modern technology platforms.

- Design, build and improve digital solutions, applications, dashboards and tools that help organisations solve real-world problems.

- Collaborate with experts from a wide range of technical disciplines, learning how complex systems work and how technology can transform them.

- Contribute to everything from rapid innovation and R&D projects through to large-scale enterprise solutions.

What we’re looking for

To be considered, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

- Minimum 2:1 Degree in with a degree in a highly quantitative STEM area discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science).

- Excellent communication skills.

- Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues.

- Confidence to work under pressure, and the ability to prioritise and plan effectively
