Responsibilities:

- Assisting Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors with all aspects of servicing Commercial Auto ICBC accounts
- Performing ICBC fleet transactions at the request and direction of Commercial Auto Specialist and Insurance Advisors
- Assisting with the maintenance of fleet accounts
- Providing a high-level of service to both internal and external clients
- Updating client information as changes occur
- Supporting the Administrator/Batcher with the functions of ICBC transacting batching: Reconcile previous days ICBC transactions/documents (including cash, cheques, credit card payments)
- Quality check and correct documents to ensure there are no errors
- Enter documents into Autolink
- Liaise with ICBC as required
- Liaise with ICBC revenue banking as required
- Deposit ICBC funds daily
- Assist with inventory control

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications

- Level 1 General Insurance License or be willing to obtain it within 3 months of hire
- Previous Commercial Auto insurance experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior client service & telephone manners
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
