eLearning Development Lead / Production Partner — Remote

SHORT CONSULTING ENGAGEMENT — eLEARNING AND GAMIFICATION

Axyde Analytics, LLC seeks an experienced eLearning development specialist or production firm for a focused initial assignment supporting our response to the USPTO Patent Examiner Training Program modernization RFI (ACQ-26-9999). Individuals and firms are welcome. This is an Axyde consulting/partner opportunity, not a Government appointment or an awarded production contract.

INITIAL ASSIGNMENT
Review our proposed approach to converting technical/legal classroom content into accessible eLearning.
Walk through relevant completed CBT conversions and gamified modules, clearly identifying your role and the responsible organization.
Recommend a practical authoring, accessibility, testing and release workflow; provide a concise capacity and schedule assessment.
Initial planning estimate: approximately 4–8 hours, with scope and fee agreed in writing before work. Producing new modules is outside this initial assignment and would require a separate agreement.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least TWO actual projects converting classroom/instructor-led content into computer-based training (CBT), preferably for technical, legal, regulatory or IP audiences.
At least TWO completed eLearning modules incorporating gamification. Explain the mechanics, learning objective and how effectiveness was assessed.
Section 508 accessibility implementation and testing, including keyboard access, assistive-technology support, captions and accessibility conformance documentation.
SCORM publishing and LMS testing experience. SCORM 2004 and Cornerstone OnDemand experience are especially relevant.
Ability to identify who owns each example and who may authorize its use. Clearly distinguish your personal work, your firm's work and work performed for a prior employer.

PLEASE INCLUDE WITH YOUR APPLICATION
1. Rsum/CV or firm capability statement with the named lead's rsum.
2. Two CBT conversion examples and two gamification examples. For each, identify client/employer, dates, audience, source and final format, responsible organization, your role, deliverables and substantiated results. A project may support both categories if it actually demonstrates both.
3. Releasable samples, screenshots, demo links or redacted case summaries, with ownership and sharing permission identified. Do not disclose confidential materials.
4. Accessibility testing methods, ACR/VPAT experience, authoring tools and SCORM/LMS examples.
5. A reference for relevant work, with permission status for contact. For Government work, provide contract and contracting-officer details if available and releasable.
6. Near-term availability and hourly/fixed-fee preference. Firms should identify available production capacity and the proposed lead's actual contribution.

ENGAGEMENT AND TIMING
The initial review can be performed remotely; Midlothian, Virginia is Axydes administrative base. Prompt applications are encouraged because the RFI response is due September 30, 2026 at 1 p.m. Eastern. Selected consulting work is paid under mutually agreed written terms. No minimum hours or follow-on production volume is guaranteed. Any subsequent work depends on procurement, award, funding, scope and mutual agreement; onsite work would be agreed separately.

The potential future requirement includes at least 25 eLearning conversions within an approximately three-month modernization effort. This posting does not represent that work as already awarded. Any tools and data handling used in delivery must satisfy applicable agency authorization requirements; do not assume a commercial product is approved merely because it supports SCORM.
