Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior L2 Developer / Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in application development and production support within the Core Banking / Investments & Wealth domain.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SilverLake Investments & Wealth , along with strong technical skills in .NET and MS-SQL/SQL . The candidate will be responsible for application support, release management and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support for Investments & Wealth applications.
- Work on applications built around SilverLake Investments & Wealth .
- Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.
- Support release management activities, including deployment coordination and post-release validation.
- Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) activities and ensure application quality.
- Analyse application issues and identify root causes.
- Work with development, QA and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
- Perform SQL queries and database-level troubleshooting using MS-SQL/SQL Server .
- Support application enhancements, fixes and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical/support documentation where required.
- Follow established production support and change-management processes.
Mandatory Skills
