Roles and Responsibilities ：
Test boards are key requirement for testing high-speed optical transceivers in mass production. The primary responsibility of this position is to integrate test boards into mass manufacturing which involves a) working with PCBA manufacturers to build, test and produce the test boards and associated mechanical/electronic hardware and b) integrate and facilitate the use of the manufactured test boards into transceiver testing solutions.
1.Responsible for understanding the HW design of high-speed transceiver test boards (not responsible for the actual design of the boards)
2.Responsible for R&D activities and hardware debug of high-speed transceiver test boards during PCBA manufacture
3. Select and evaluate components, connectors, cables, fixtures, probes, and other test accessories related to test boards
4.Develop prototypes, coordinate PCB fabrication and assembly, and conduct board bring-up and debugging at supplier locations
5.Work with software and firmware engineers in development of transceiver test board
6. Create hardware documentation, including schematics, BOMs, drawings, assembly, calibration and test procedures for suppliers and end users
7.Support NPI, engineering builds, production-line deployment, equipment qualification, and manufacturing transfer.
8. Analyze production and validation data to identify hardware-related yield issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements: :
1.Bachelor or Master in but not limited to: Electronics, Optical-Electronics, Communications Engineering, Physics and related field.
2.Experience of circuit design with high-speed, low speed analog and digital components, microprocessors and power supplies
3.Experience of bringing up PCBA and debugging
4.Familiar principle of communications
5.Experience with program with FMEA
6.Data Statistics analysis skill is a plus
7.Experience with high-speed optics transceiver or coherent transceiver is a plus
8.Excellent communication, organizational and working independently skills
9.English read and write skill for technical document
