Job Purpose

Operation & Maintenance of Core Nodes
( i.e. MSS/HSS/HLR/MGW/SBC/NDS/STP )

Key Result
Areas/Accountabilities

- Responsible to ensure all on-time execution of all regular CS Core NW Changes, by preparing/submitting required Source Data.

- Close Coordination with SNOC team for ensuring proper implementation of submitted SD & to ensure Pre/Post testing.

- To ensure proper closer/resolution of customer complaints within pre-defined TATs.

- Rectification of system’s critical hardware faults, along with SNOC team.

- CS Core KPI monitoring & improvement.

- Coordination with other private operator & BSNL/Cell-One team, for routine POI Augmentation.

- Spare and Inventory management, testing support and R&R

Core Competencies,
Knowledge, Experience

- Hands-on Experience on Nokia/Ericsson/Huawei/Mavenir ATCA MSS/MGW Nodes & NDS/HSS-FE/HLR-FE/IMS Nodes.

- Clear understanding along hands-on experience on routine Routing/Configuration changes in Nokia Core Nodes.

- Conceptual knowledge on all Planning perspective of Nokia Core Nodes.

- Basic Understanding of IMS/VoLTE Call Network & IP domain.

- Overall 6+ year of experience in CS CORE domain

Must have technical / Professional qualifications

B.E (E&TC Preferred)
